GET THE CAF (HOUSING FINANCIAL ASSITANCE)

The CAF file needs to be done as soon as possible to obtain housing aid     

What are the necessary conditions to obtain it for students in Europe? 

• To have a French bank account 
• To earn less than 1400€ per month 
• To have a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)     

What are the necessary conditions to obtain it for students outside Europe?  

• To have a French bank account 
• To earn less than 1400€ per month 
• To have a temporary or permanent vital card Have a VISA: Long stay VLS-TS, Long stay intern, talent researcher passport    

For Students of Europe :

• Proof of education certificate
• A copy of the European health insurance card 
• A sworn statement indicating that you have sufficient resources  

For non-European students :  

• A valid residence permit.  

In all cases, you must attach proof of identity (identity document or passport + birth certificate translated into French).
