THE CONNECT / ERASMUS PLACE is a not-for-profit association whose purpose is to welcome, integrate and animate the network of foreign and French students in France; to develop free or paying services and platforms. This association involves a not-for-profit economic activity. Activities include tourism, events, employment and real estate.
The purchase of the card activates your rights. It is not possible to request a refund if you bought the card after purchasing a trip or event.
By becoming a member of THE CONNECT, you become a member of our ERASMUSPLACE.COM platform.
*Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before departure, i.e., until midnight two days before the date of travel. After this deadline, no cancellations or refunds will be possible. Example: for a trip starting on a Saturday, you must request a refund before Wednesday at midnight.
After a ticket transfer (to another date or person), no refunds will be accepted.
