Palais des Beaux-Arts de Lille: one of France's largest museums outside Paris

Lille's Palais des Beaux-Arts is a benchmark museum, located on Place de la République. It houses one of France's richest collections, covering a period from Antiquity to modern art. Accessible on foot, by metro or bus, it makes an excellent cultural outing for students.
