Charlemagne skating rink - Lyon (2ᵉ arrondissement, Confluence)
The Patinoire Charlemagne is a large municipal ice rink inaugurated in 1969 and renovated in 2006-2007. It features a 60×30 m Olympic-size rink with a capacity of between 3,200 and 4,200, and hosts competitions, shows and public events.
Access, audience and structure
Located at 100 cours Charlemagne, the skating rink is served by streetcar, metro (Sainte-Blandine) and several bus lines. It is suitable for families, schoolchildren and students, including those with reduced mobility, with checkroom services, skate rental and lockers. Accompanied children under 6 enter free of charge (rental charge applies).

- 10-entry pass (pools + slopes): €25, valid for 2 years; 10-skate rental pass: €29.70

Useful information
- Checkouts close 30 min before the end of each session, and check-out takes place 15 to 30 min before closing time.
- Scooters and bicycles are not allowed inside; valuables may not be left in the checkroom, only Lyon shoes.
- Reservations strongly recommended via the municipal platform.
