Prana is a vegan and organic restaurant on rue Duhamel, a stone's throw from Place Carnot. Born of a desire to offer healthy, joyful cuisine that respects the macrobiotic balance, it has won over students with its concept centered on the world's plant-based flavors.
Cuisine, formulas and ambience
The menu changes every week and offers exclusively 100% vegan, organic and homemade dishes, with gluten-free variants. You'll find:
- Starters (€7.50): spreads, gazpachos, vegetable frittata
- Dishes (€17.50-18.50): macrobiotic plate, basquaise seitan, miso eggplant
- Desserts (€7-8): brownie, cheesecake verrine, macrobiotic porridge
On Sundays, a gluten-free vegan brunch (€9-26) is offered from 9am to 2:30pm (seasonal). The setting is intimate and bright, with a relaxed atmosphere, regularly praised for its attentive welcome and creative dishes.
