Aujourd'hui Demain: vegan and eco-responsible concept store in Paris

Aujourd'hui Demain is France's first vegan concept store, located in the 11ᵉ arrondissement of Paris. The venue combines a restaurant-café, grocery store, bookshop, fashion and cosmetics boutique, and organizes events such as tastings, workshops, exhibitions and screenings.

Round-the-clock catering 7 days a week

The restaurant offers non-stop service: for dine-in or takeaway, Tuesday to Sunday, 11am to 10:30pm, and Monday 11am to 7pm, with the kitchen closing at 3pm. Brunch is available until 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The cuisine is 100% vegan, with a large majority of organic dishes and gluten-free options.

A menu focused on well-being and creativity

• Homemade hot and cold drinks: smoothies, kombucha, various lattes, infusions, teas, coffees, iced teas with hibiscus or ginger, CBD-infused drinks.
• Original cocktails and mocktails, plus a weekly selection of organic, natural and alcohol-free wines.
• Creative dishes: veggie burgers, bowls, vegan croque-monsieur, daily specials, homemade desserts and cakes to order (brunch, birthday or wedding formats).
• Vegan pastries and Viennese pastries available all day long.

The boutique offers a cutting-edge selection of vegan, eco-responsible and ethical fashion products: food, cosmetics, books, accessories and lifestyle items. Regular events include screenings, workshops, pop-ups and tastings.
